Local delivery

For local addresses, our standard delivery time is found below. If you need your bag sooner, consider our expedited shipping option during checkout for a speedier delivery.

Lagos state - Delivery in 24 - 48 hours of business days.

Ogun, Ibadan and other western states - Delivery in 2 to 4 business days.

Middle belt, Northern and Eastern states - Delivery in 3 - 6 business days.

International delivery

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United States - Delivery in 8 to 14 business days.

Canada - Delivery in 8 to 15 business days.

Europe - Delivery in 8 to 15 business days.

Asia - Delivery in 8 to 15 business days.

Australia - Delivery in 8 to 15 business days.

New Zealand - Delivery in 8 to 15 business days.

Central & South America - Delivery in 10 to 20 business days.

Africa - Delivery in 15 to 30 business days.

Max delivery time – 45 business days.

Shipping tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us

Lost or stolen packages

Nectar HQ are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and delivery address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase made with us. As part of our commitment to providing excellent customer service, we have outlined our refund policy below:


Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for purchases. Instead, we provide store credits equivalent to the purchase amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website/media channels.


Store Credits:
Upon requesting a refund, customers will receive store credits redeemable for any item(s) available on our website/media channels. These credits have no expiry date and can be utilised at any time.


Damaged Orders:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within [1] day of receiving the order. We will gladly arrange for a replacement of the damaged item(s) at no additional cost.


Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning items for replacement due to damage or defect. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement item(s).


Pre-Ordered Items:
Please note that refunds are not available for orders that are pre-ordered. Once an order has been placed, it has been added to production and cannot be reversed. Pre-ordered items are final sale.
