We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United States - Delivery in 8 to 14 business days.

Canada - Delivery in 8 to 15 business days.

Europe - Delivery in 8 to 15 business days.

Asia - Delivery in 8 to 15 business days.

Australia - Delivery in 8 to 15 business days.

New Zealand - Delivery in 8 to 15 business days.

Central & South America - Delivery in 10 to 20 business days.

Africa - Delivery in 15 to 30 business days.

Shipping tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipping, provided your email address was submitted while placing the order.

However, please note that for orders with free shipping, tracking information may not always be available.

Lost or stolen packages

Nectar HQ are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and delivery address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Order cancellation

Standard Orders:

* Cancellations and refunds are not possible once an order has been received and processing has commenced.
* Exchanges may be considered under specific circumstances, subject to approval.

Bulk Orders:

* For bulk orders, cancellations will result in a refund of 70% of the total amount paid, provided the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped.
* Once the shipping process has begun, no cancellations or refunds can be accommodated.

Refunds

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for purchases. Instead, we provide store credits equivalent to the purchase amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website/media channels.


Store Credits:
Upon requesting a refund, customers will receive store credits redeemable for any item(s) available on our website/media channels. These credits have no expiry date and can be utilised at any time.


Damaged Orders:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within [1] day of receiving the order. We will gladly arrange for a replacement of the damaged item(s) at no additional cost.


Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning items for replacement due to damage or defect. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement item(s).


Pre-Ordered Items:
Please note that refunds are not available for orders that are pre-ordered. Once an order has been placed, it has been added to production and cannot be reversed. Pre-ordered items are final sale.
